Terms and conditions:

- 50% is required to be paid to block the dates and hold the booking.

- 20,000 baht OR a 700 USD / AUD/ 500 EURO /GBP Security deposit is required on check in, this will be REFUNDED to you on your check out.

-The only extra fee is for electric which is charged by the meter at 7.5 baht a unit, to be paid on check out.

-The villa is for a maximum of four adults and 1 child at all times.

-The villa is strictly a no smoking villa.

-Your check in will be a meet and greet by the western manager as will your check out.

-The villa is daily serviced by a daily maid.

-The villa is cleaned and bedrooms and bathrooms prepared daily as a hotel.

-Clean shower and pool towels are provided daily.

-Clean bed linen is changed every third day.

-An estate handyman is on site 24 hours a day -Western management of the villa and estate with troubleshooting provided.

-Pool cleaning is weekly.

-Rental cars and scooters can be provided at an extra cost but must be booked in advance.
