Terms of payment is simple and straightforward, paying a booking fee of 50,000 baht for a one-bedroom room, 100,000 baht for two bedrooms and 200,000 baht for a 3-bedroom unit.
After that, an additional 5% deposit (booking fee will be deducted) within 14 days of the signing of the contract (SPA) and a draft copy will be provided to the buyer.
15% will be paid in equal 24 installments during construction starting in June 2021.
Common Area Management (CAM) fee will be 80 baht / sq.m. 12 months advance payment, which means monthly central fee for 37 sq.m. To be 2,960 baht ($98), the sinking fund payment at completion will be 500 baht per square meter.
