All dealings and transaction from the commencement of the lease to our departure have been seamless and easy. This made a big difference to our peace of mind while going through the process of settling in a foreign country, unfamiliar with customs and protocols...let alone the language.
Our lease arrangement and tenancy always felt like a set and forget arrangement adding to the extended holiday feel. Anand, our caretaker and his team were fantastic, we felt secure and well looked after for the duration. Nothing was ever a problem for Anand and his team.

I am very happy with Siam Real Estate's service. Only a short while after I listed my 2 condos with them, they managed to find long term rental tenants for both units. The rental of the first unit only just has been agreed ( for 6 months), when suddenly they also found a tenant for my second apartment for 12 months. Siam Real Estate took care of all the paperwork (rental agreement), and secured the deposit and down payment ! Siam Real Estate is working very professional, fast and has a large customer base. I have listed my properties with several agents on the island but most of them are just a waste of time. In future I will only use Siam Real Estate. Well done !

After spending close to 5 years of viewing all the Real Estate Agent's websites in Phuket after living in Phuket for a few years in the 70s & 80s, I went straight to Siam Real Estate and spoke to Patrick after being in touch with him a few times by email.. I took an Australian friend of mine with me who knew a fair bit about house construction & as a helpful second opinion. Patrick took us to view all the properties we wanted to look at over 1 week. I was particularly impressed with Patrick as there was never any "sales pitch' from Patrick that is common with Australian Real Estate Agents. Patrick just let us view all the properties & make up our own minds. When I asked him a question regarding a property or costs, he would answer truthfully, and if he didn't know the answer he would tell us and then try his best to find the correct answer. It only took 1 week to find the home I really wanted. In my experience with Patrick as a Real Estate Agent of Siam Real Estate, he is a person you can truly trust. Such fine character is out of the ordinary.

It's never easy when you visit or move to a new country. There is a lot to consider, local customs, how local business operates and more importantly where to live if you intend to stay for a while.
After many months of internet research and not getting replies back from many other Real Estate websites after sending enquiry after enquiry, we found a Real Estate company that actually cares. Yes! They replied immediately and could not do enough to ensure that we as customers were taken care of.
Patrick and Dolan, along with their staff from Siam Real Estate were very helpful. Before arriving in Phuket, I had a list of properties to choose from and more importantly I could actually make arrangements to view these properties when I arrived.
We looked at four properties, and the best thing about it, we had a chance to actually meet the Land Lords in most cases, and this gave me a good sense of who we were dealing with.
Within 24 hours of our property viewing, we made our decision, signed the paperwork, paid the required money and moved in. In our case, it was as easy as that.
There is one very good thing about the Siam Real Estate website, it is kept up to date, unlike many of the other sites we visited, this site had up to date factual information so there were no surprises.
I have no hesitation what-so-ever in highly recommending the services of Siam Real Estate.
