Bangkok: Large Amount of New Project Launches Planned for 2nd Half of the Year

Residential projects, comprised of single-detached houses, townhouses and condominiums will be launched in the Bangkok property market during the second half of the year.

The Nation newspaper has conducted a survey which finds out that 25 listed and non-listed companies will be lauching 225 projects in the second half of the year with a combined value of Bt355.7 billion, these companies are in a bid to reach thier end of year pre-sales targets.

(AP ) Thailand PLC and Pruksa Real Estate lead the way with 35 and 36 projects. While other large property PLC's Sansiri and Land and Houses PLC plan to launch 15 and 10 new projects.
