Elite Flexible One - Purchase Condo 10 Million or Above and Receive 5 Year Visa free + Elite Card Membership (500k value)
Thailand Elite Card new program starting from January 1st "Elite Flexible One", purchasers of condos valued at 10 million baht or above will receive a FREE Thailand Elite card giving them a 5 Year visa and benefits which come with being a card holder.

Valid for 31 December 2022 The cardmember must invest in the purchase of condominium properties in Thailand as a new project. Construction has been completed and ready to be accommodated with a total value of not less than 10 million baht which will be a member of the Thailand Card. The price included in the property sales package is 5 years in Thailand. The project is expected to sell condominiums of 100 units or more, totaling at least 1,000 million baht."
