Each of the Townhouses are accessed by individual stone steps leading onto a spacious front balcony, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining. Entrance to each of the Townhouse(s) is via a glassed double sliding door that opens into the LDK, featuring recessed ceilings and a sweeping teak wood staircase separating the lounge from the fully fitted kitchen/dining area, under which is a guest bathroom and storage. Through the kitchen are glazed double sliding doors leading to a rear balcony ideal for BBQ and dining.

Going up the staircase to the 1st floor, are the 2 double bedroom suites. To the right of the staircase is Bedroom 1; measuring some 70 m2 with a front balcony accessed via a glazed floor to ceiling sliding wall. The ensuite bathroom features built in wardrobes, ceramic twin wash basins, toilet and monsoon shower.

To the left of the staircase is Bedroom 2; a reversed identical of Bedroom 1, but with a secluded rear balcony.
