The beachfront pavilion holds 4 bedrooms (3 king sized and one with two single beds). All 4 bedrooms have sea views. The 2nd Sleeping pavilion has 4 bedrooms as well. The topmost one has a panoramic sea-view and king size bed. The remaining rooms are ground floor garden view with queen sized beds, including the smaller Room 8 which is often used for teens or nannies. All bedrooms have safety boxes, with the exception of Room 8.

Included with holiday rental are Continental breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fruit juices, yogurts, toasts, banana breads, cereals, jam & honey), and 7-8 staff members: 1 English speaking Villa Manager, 2 maids (to clean the villa), 1 gardener + 1 handyman + security, and 1 chef who is at your disposal to prepare each meal as well as breakfast. A menu card is at your disposal, or you just decide with the villa manager according to your taste & wishes. Food cost is at cost with mark up of 10 % service charge and 7% taxes.
