Within the carport is a utility room and a double gated wooden entrance and a large three step staircase that leads up to the 1st floor level.

At the top of the stair approach, the area opens out to a large open plan area, with a small stairwell to the right leading to the staff quarters and pump room. Past this stairwell is a spacious recessed and covered sala/lounge area overlooking the stunning 15m x 6m infinity swimming pool, with views out over Chaweng Bay, the Lakes and the Gulf of Thailand.
